Rasika Mathur Joins Everywhere Radio 

Rasika Mathur, star of Nick Cannon's comedy show Wild N' Out, grabbed the attention of radio & mix-tape king, DJ BIJAL, resulting in the "We Wild N Out" mix-tape in 2006. Building a relationship over the year and gaining recognition from this collaboration the two are once again joining forces. DJ BIJAL presents Rasika Mathur every week on Everywhere Radio in a comedy segment dubbed "DJ BIJAL Presents: Rasika's Comedy Corner" which is currently set to air immediately on Desi Hits and will later will added to Sirius Satellite Radio Editions of the radio show. 

Garnered the attention of Serato the creators of the hit new DJ software Scratch Live used by millions of DJs across the globe. Serato recognizes the top DJs in the industry using their product such as the legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff, Z-Trip, Beat Junkies, Diplo, Questlove, Atrak, Afrika Bambaataa and now DJ BIJAL (see www.scratchlive.net).

• 2002 – Began broadcasting career as a DJ and on-air host at LIU Brooklyn College Radio, developing the voice that would later go global

• 2006 – Produced “Do You Remember (Remix)” for Deesha, a rising artist in the global R&B scene

• 2006 – Commercial vinyl debut with Sumeet & Jay-Z’s “Agony” (DJ Bijal Remix) featured on Jedi Blends Vol. 3
• 2006–2010 – Syndicated Everywhere Radio to more than 30 radio stations worldwide, expanding his global presence across North America, Europe, and Asia
• 2007 – Recognized by Serato as an influential DJ using their Scratch Live platform, joining a roster that included DJ Jazzy Jeff, Beat Junkies, and DJ AM
• 2008 – Launched the South Asian edition of Everywhere Radio on Desi Hits Radio, the world’s first global digital platform for South Asian pop culture and music, founded by Anjula Acharia
• 2005–2012 – Produced and hosted mixtapes with Akon, Ne-Yo, G-Unit, Ryan Leslie, Fatman Scoop, and other major-label artists, helping bridge the gap between underground buzz and mainstream exposure
